Custom Kitchen Countertops, Built to Last a Lifetime

We fabricate and install granite, quartzite, marble, quartz, and soapstone countertops for kitchens across Tyler and East Texas, from the first measurement to the finished edge.

The Short Answer

wHAT SETS A BERRY COUNTERTOP APART?

Every countertop we install starts as a hand-selected slab, not a catalog number. We’ve fabricated custom stone for Tyler and East Texas kitchens for over 50 years, and before we ever make a cut, you’ll see your exact slab rendered in your kitchen — so what you approve is exactly what gets installed.

Stone Options for Your Kitchen

Find the Right Stone for How You Cook

Every material on this list comes through our shop, where we cut, edge, and finish it ourselves.

Granite

One of the hardest natural stones available, granite handles heat, knives, and daily cooking without complaint, and no two slabs look the same.

Quartzite

If you love the look of marble but want a surface that resists etching and scratching, quartzite is the honest answer for a working kitchen.

Quartz

Engineered for consistency and sealed at the factory, quartz needs almost no maintenance and comes in a wide range of colors and patterns.

Marble

Classic veining and a cool surface that bakers love, marble is best suited to lower-traffic kitchens or dedicated baking areas where it will be cared for.

How We Work

From Your Kitchen to the Finished Countertop

01

Measure and Template

We come to your home and take precise measurements of your cabinets and walls so the stone we cut fits your kitchen exactly, not approximately.

02

Choose Your Slab

You visit our Tyler shop and hand-select the actual slab that will become your countertop, seeing the real stone color, movement, and veining before anything is decided.

03

Digital Preview and Approval

We lay out your chosen slab to your exact measurements so you can see and approve every seam placement, bookmatch, and vein pattern across your kitchen — before we ever make a cut

04

Robotic Fabrication

Your slab is cut on our robotic saw to fractions of a millimeter, then edged and finished in our own shop by trained technicians.

05

Professional Installation

Our own crew delivers, sets, seams, and seals your countertops, then walks the finished job with you to make sure everything is right.

Common Questions

What Homeowners Ask Us About Kitchen Countertops

How long does the whole process take from start to finish?

For most kitchens, we can go from approval to install in two weeks, with the installation itself wrapping up in a single day. Custom edge profiles, special order material selections or larger kitchens may add a few days to fabrication.

Do I have to buy a full slab even if my kitchen is small?

No. You pay only for the stone your job actually uses. We cut your countertops from the slab and charge you for your square footage, not the whole piece, which keeps the cost honest for smaller kitchens.

Will you remove my old countertops before installing the new ones?

Yes, our crew handles removal and haul-off of your existing countertops before setting the new stone. You do not need to arrange that separately.

What does NSI-accredited mean and why does it matter?

The Marble Institute of America accreditation means our shop meets documented quality standards for fabrication, safety, and craftsmanship. Fewer than 3 percent of stone fabricators in the country hold this certification, and it means you have real accountability behind every project we take on.

Do you seal the countertops after installation?

Every natural stone countertop we install is sealed on installation day. We also show you what to use for routine care so the seal stays effective for years.

Can I see what my countertops will look like before you cut the stone?

Yes, and this is one of the things that sets us apart. We render your actual slab to your exact kitchen measurements so you can approve the seam placement, the veining direction, and any bookmatching before we touch the stone with a saw.
